I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and their people. The staff in the office to the hard working guys who came to our home to do the task at hand. The first thing that stood out was the professionalism of the tech. Victor was considerate and thoughtful when listening to what I thought was the problem. He then effectively explained what he was going to do and all that took place. I appreciated that because I am not a HVAC professional however I am familiar with some of the inner workings of HVAC because of my job involvement. He did not discount what I knew and I appreciate that level of respect.
I just had the great fortune of meeting Ever and Ryan. I'm having water heater issues and they were awesome! They showed up at the start of our appointment window and I got a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived. Both were very knowledgeable and patient, especially considering how many questions I had. Clearly they've been in the business for a while, and their experience shows. The technician, Victor, who performed our annual inspection was great. He was prof, friendly and explained everything clearly. And Cecilia from the office was super friendly and kept us informed of all the scheduling details.

I called Cole Services to report a leak. The receptionist was very friendly and told me she was able to get me in the schedule in a few days, however, if anything opened up, she would call me....this was on a Friday. She called me back Friday afternoon and told me she can get to me on Monday. Great! Issac was a great technician...he was prompt and professional. He was able to identify the source of my leak and make the repair the same day. I would definitely use Cole Services for my future plumbing needs.

GREAT service with knowledgeable & competitive plumber successfully cleaning out the clog in my AC water flow pipe located in our attic.
Our service technician, Zach Boy, provided service way beyond expectations. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing to solve the problem of why our gas furnace was not working. He outlined suggestions and gave different options of how to deal with the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable. If needed, I would have him back in a second. The person in the office who we originally contacted to make the appointment also was friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with Cole Services.

Our 50 year old sewer pipe was cracked and falling to pieces and had to be recapped.It was a massive job as our property has two houses on a lot and the single pipe served and ran under both houses. Cole staff were on time, always responsive and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their work.
We had central a/c installed. Outstanding job start to finish, beginning with the sale rep, Aeron who came out, gave us a quote and explained the installation process. Scheduling was easy. Technicians worked long and hard on installation and did a great job. Everyone on time, easy to work with. Had them install new furnace 2 yrs. ago with the same experience, and we have them come out annually to do inspections. Highly recommend!
