Cole Services was proud to donate $1000 to Ryan Coffelt for our December 2012 Charity Give Away! Ryan was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and is about to embark on the fight of his life! He can use all the help and support there is.

OUR FEBRUARY 2012 AWARD

Cole Services, one of the state's top ranking companies and the leader in the plumbing, air, and heating industry, officially launched its 12- for-12 Charity Give Back campaign on August 1, 2011.Mike Cottle, Owner of the family owned and operated company, recently announced that for the month of February Cole Services donated to The Widows, Orphans, & Disabled Firemen's Fund of Los Angeles.

"We are a pioneer and believer in giving back. We take pride in being a family owned and operated company that gives back to the communities we serve," said Mike Cottle.

Through the 12-for-12 program, Cole Services donates $1,000 every month to a local charity organization nominated by Cole Services' clients and the open public that chooses to participate. This month Cole Services drew Bill and Joanne Rose's nomination for The Widows, Orphans, & Disabled Firemen's Fund of Los Angeles. Cole Services is committed to helping those in need and supporting organizations that are committed to the cause such asThe Widows, Orphans,& Disabled Firemen's Fund of Los Angeles.

The Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen's Fund was founded 104 years ago by firefighters who "passed the boot" around to help an injured or fallen comrade. The Widows, Orphans & Disabled Firemen's Fund is dedicated to helping firefighters and their families in times of crisis. Most are reluctant to ask for help, but need assistance because tragedy has left them in severe financial turmoil.

OUR JANUARY 2012 AWARD

Cole Services, one of the state's top ranking companies and the leader in the plumbing, air, and heating industry, officially launched its 12- for-12 Charity Give Back campaign on August 1, 2011.Mike Cottle, owner of the family owned and operated company, recently announced that for the month of January Cole Services donated to the Momentum Moving Arts Foundation.

"We are a pioneer and believer in giving back. We take pride in being a family owned and operated company that gives back to the communities we serve," said Mike Cottle.

Through the 12-for-12 program, Cole Services donates $1,000 every month to a local charity organization nominated by Cole Services' clients and the open public that chooses to participate. This month Cole Services drew Collete Lander's nomination for Momentum Moving Arts Foundation. Cole Services is committed to helping those in need and supporting organizations that are committed to the cause such as Momentum Moving Arts.

Their vision is for individuals in the local community to be able to increase knowledge, ability and appreciation for the moving arts. MMAF pursues to continue the development of Moving Arts within the community.The mission of Momentum Moving Arts Foundation, Inc. (MMAF) is to provide scholarships to those desiring to foster, promote and increase knowledge and appreciation for the moving arts, by raising funds through involvement with business, corporations and the local community.

This month Cole Services drew Catharina Yohannes's nomination for US2UGANDA4LIFE. Cole Services is committed to helping those in need and supporting organizations that are committed to the cause such as US2UGANDA4LIFE.

100% of the donations made go to the children of Jireh orphanage and the patients in Kalungi Clinic. Perched on top a hill outside Masaka Uganda, Jireh orphanage is home and school to more than 175 children throughout the year.

"This year, we are focused on this 12-for-12 campaign because we understand the true value of every dollar donated is a dollar towards helping those in need," Cottle said. "We are proud that we can direct our philanthropy to such a wonderful organization with a clear goal of giving and helping those that are less fortunate."

This month Cole Services drew Jim Scott's nomination for Faylene Elementary's 6th grade class science camp. Cole Services is committed to helping those in need as well as developing the youth of America.

Faylene continues to work with the community in providing the absolute best environment for their students to learn. Faylene is committed to ensuring that their students are equipped to handle the academic and social-emotional challenges at each grade level.

OUR OCTOBER 2011 AWARD

Through the 12-for-12 program, Cole Services donates $1,000 every month to a local charity organization nominated by Cole Services' clients and the open public that chooses to participate. This month Cole Services drew Team PMG's nomination for Revlon Run/Walk for Women.

Revlon has championed women's health by devoting financial and employee resources in support of medical research programs, physician training, clinical care, as well as education and awareness initiatives. Since 1990, Revlon has helped raise over $65 million towards these programs.

Team PMG has been attending the Revlon Run/Walk since 1996 when they lost one of their own to breast cancer. Every year they devote their time and efforts into raising money for this race. They are dedicated to the cause and reached out to Cole Services in hopes of winning the $1,000 Charity Give Back and they did! Team PMG aka Pioneer Medical Group is a wonderful group of women who Cole Services feels fortunate to help.

OUR SEPTEMBER 2011 AWARD

Through the 12-for-12 program, Cole Services donates $1,000 every month to a local charity organization nominated by Cole Services' clients and the open public that chooses to participate. This month Cole Services was fortunate enough to become a sponsor of the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, has invested more than $1.9 billion since their inception in 1982. As the world's largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, they're working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure, and generous contributions from partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, they have become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.

"We are proud that we can direct our philanthropy to women everywhere who are fighting, who have conquered, and to those families who have lost."

OUR AUGUST 2011 AWARD

Cole Services, one of the state's top ranking companies and the leader in the plumbing, air, and heating industry, officially launched its 12- for-12 Charity Give Back campaign on August 1, 2011. Mike Cottle, Owner of the family owned and operated Cole Services, recently announced that for the month of August Cole Services donated an Air Conditioning unit to Scott and Kimberly Thies, pillars of the Deaf community.

"We are a pioneer and believer in giving back. We take pride in being a family owned and operated company that wants to give back to those people and their families who are in need," said Mike Cottle.

Through the 12-for-12 program, Cole Services donates $1,000 every month to a local charity organization nominated by Cole Services' clients and the open public that chooses to participate. But this month instead of donating a $1,000, Cole Services decided to put that towards an Air Conditioning unit for the wonderful couple and church leaders.

Scott and Kimberly Thies belong to a church organization that prides itself on learning God's words in ASL. They teach Bible Study every Sunday and host a Deaf Dutch Luncheon after the 1st Sunday of every month. They are great people who are leaders amongst the deaf community.

"This year, we are focusedon this 12- for-12 campaign because we understand the true value of every dollar donated is a dollar towards a cure," Cottle said. "We are proud that we can direct our philanthropy to make peoples living situation a little more comfortable."
