Absolutely amazing, efficienct and professional! Mike and his partner came inspected the problem and quickly resolved and recommended help on keeping main pipes clear. They both have wonderful advice and even threw in a little extra work to fix a leaking faucet. Very, very nice guys who weren’t pushy or rude at all . I would highly recommend Coles services ! Their prices are very reasonable and the work is extremely professional, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Definitely ask for Mike, I highly recommend him he’s the best!
I had a bad experience with a previous plumber I'm not going to mention companies names but you know Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend. Anyway called Cole's Plumbing they came out receive fantastic service quick clean efficient to the point had the job done within a couple hours. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a great plumber. I also want to give a shout out to the other two technicians that came out along with Mike and their names are Hector and Antonio. Job well done you guys will refer these folks to any of my friends they have our business for life.
Christian saw the problem and efficiently fixed it. Can't get any better than that.
Called Cole about a stopped up toilet. Christian arrived during the time slot that I was told and I was also called 30 minutes before he arrived. It was a bigger job than expected as the main line was plugged. Christian was on time and very courteous. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable. I wasn't charged more than the estimate even though it was a hard job than he thought it would be. I am very satisfied with their service.
Cole Services is a wonderfully customer service oriented company, and I have used them for a number of repairs over the years. This particular problem (main sewer line blockage) was resolved by Damien, who spent several days researching, digging, sawing, replacing and completing the problem. He was even gracious enough to answer questions from a neighbor concerned about having the same problem at some point in the future. I could not have asked for a more dedicated technician who made sure to keep me apprised of every step of the process. Thank you Cole and thank you Damien.
Shane Frans, representing Cole Services, came over to check out the heating system in our home. Shane was extremely personable and I know he cares about quality and service, which is something that as customers we want to know we're getting the best possible service from companies who want our business. Shane demonstrates true customer service and I definitely recommend him. He was patient and explained to me exactly the service he was there to perform.

Very well. I've had this drain worked on several times over the years and Mike was the only plumber to give me a few options for correcting the problem so that it never happens again. Mike was on time, very professional and charged a fair price, He left information on how we can correct the problem for good and went over other services that Cole Services provides.

It was very difficult to make an appointment. Cole Services should focus more on the customer service. But Luis C & Angel E. did a great job!! They rewarded the bad moment they made me go by calling the office. I really recommend them! They were professional, educated, nice and responsible.

We had a toilet leak that was driving us crazy. Damien comes out and checks out the toilet , all the while he's talking my father through everything he's doing step by step. He was courteous , very friendly and very professional. Being in a customer service oriented industry myself, I truly appreciate great service! It's not as common as it used to be, so when I experience it , I want to take the time to let the company know you have an outstanding representative for your business in Damien Lindsay!! To the owner, if the rest of your staff is like Damien, you are a fortunate person!!

Shane showed up on time and provided excellent service on our water heater. He provided some reasonable and helpful advice on maintaining and extending the life of our water heater. He went a little out of his way to help me with a landscape irrigation clog discovered when draining my water heater. A great guy with a lot of plumbing knowledge.

The team at Cole was fantastic. Luis and Victor R we great. They treated my home like their own. Biggest thing these guys did was provide me detail of the issue, in plain English, with photographic evidence to back it up. Turned out they recommended some new duct work. Indicated that it could work fine as is, but it would strain the system. Their field supervisor Troy came over to review and confirm the information. Through discussion we went forward with it with great pricing and advisement from the Cole team. The only thing that keeps this from a 5 star: I will add is that they need better clarity around their finance option they offer. They do a line of credit through Wells Fargo, it was presented to me as a soft hit. Personally I do not sign up for lines of credit, I assumed they were financing in-house. I am now stuck with this account. They need better advisement of this process to their consumers.
Luis Campos was an excellent repairman and a credit to Cole services. He went out of his way to see that the repair to our ait conditioner was done correctly. The unit now runs better than when it was new. I hope if we need any other repairs Luis is the one who comes

I was extremely impressed with the customer service by Coles - Heating, Plumbing and Air. The furnace and HVAC installation team was very professional with great attention to details. Plus they included extras like changing all my vent covers to match the new ones. They made sure I understood the installation and operating instructions, as well as when I should have maintenance check ups.

I was really lucky the other day when I saw your trucks at my neighbor's house. In need of a new air/heating system and a water heater, I hit the jackpot by calling the number painted on your trucks! My family is now enjoying the cool air in the house thanks to your outstanding service/installation that was just completed today. Special thanks to Adam P. and Hugo C. These technicians kept us informed about each step in the installation process. They were really good teachers and answered all of our questions professionally and patiently. By the way, all of this was on Labor Day, with no extra holiday charge and no rush. And both men put up with my overly affectionate greyhound's attentions. So, after double checking the facts, I knew they were telling the truth and my best option was to install a new system. The old one wouldn't cool satisfactorily any more, and my electric bills were skyrocketing. They thoroughly explained options and what the work entailed, and I ordered a new heating and a/c system. They managed to arrange for installation the very next day! I cannot say enough good things about Brian and the other 2 guys who installed my system. They took care to keep the house clean. They were extra cautious to keep outside doors and gates closed after themselves so I could leave my greyhound free to go in and out as he needed. They were professional, courteous, and finished a job that had been estimated to take 2 days, in only one day (they said my house was cooperative, no complications.) I now love my new system. It's quiet, and my upstairs cools as well as my downstairs, something the old system always had trouble with. Cole Services sent three of the most professional men to assess my failed air conditioner. They entered my home with the utmost care by covering their shoes and found several problems with my A/C system. To keep it short, they assess I had an improper install and all would need to changed except my furnace. I was shown all that was wrong including a constant leak of R22. Thank you Cole Services. These men are definitely assets to your company.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a really really hot day (the irony!) I googled and found this Cole Services company and decided to check them out. I'm soo glad that I came across this company. Luis Campos came out to take a look at our units on the same day, it turned out that we needed new ones. Luis was super friendly and very professional. He went over all the issues step-by-step and he also recommended that his supervisor come out to look at our setup and share his expertise the very next day which he did as promised. He went the extra mile and not only did he diagnose and give us our options he also educated us on how he arrived at each and every decision. Luis is the best! Thanks a lot for all your help! Cole services really helped us with our AC, we bought a home and the AC unit was never serviced. Bernardo was very helpful in assisting me on the phone and our technician Kai was absolutely amazing!. Cole plumbing is very friendly,reasonable, and prompt highly recommend them if you have plumbing or heating lsues.
Called Cole regarding a plugged bathtub drain around noon. Phone representative was efficient and courteous and explained service process and gave a preliminary estimate. By 3:00 pm the same day, service tech Grant arrived, assessed the problem, confirmed the estimate given on the phone, removed the clog, and cleaned up. He was friendly, clean and efficient. He even gave some tips on how to keep the hair from accumulating in the drain. I would recommend giving them a try if you have a plumbing issue.

From start to finish, we were able to use our facilities without undue interruption. A warning to others out there, when your property is older and you do not have a "clean out" the photo attached shows what happens. 1, Install a clean out if you do not have one 2. Clean out your lines to be proactive on a regular basis 3. If you have to replace your sewer line, it can be done with little disruption by inserting a liner. Regular maintenance can save you thousands down the road....

I had a problem with the Softwater unit that had been in for eight years Shane flushed it out and flushed out the water heater and they worked and worked and finally we did need to put in the new Water system which has really made a difference and the service was very good on time very neat very happy with this company

Cole arrived as soon as we called. They understood our crazy plumbing and brought the equipment to figure it out quickly and efficiently. David Lindsey was great. He answered all of our questions, explained their procedures and even managed to get us back together when they were finished. He is very personable and able to talk to people.
This review is for Efrain & Esequiel. Both guys did a clean and very professional install of my new AC/Heating Units. Efrain - the main tech, is very knowledgeable of his job. I'm a handyman and tech savvy, and I know how clean and professional job looks. Esequiel - the backup tech, made sure that every spot is followed thru and cleaned up. Very well. Ervin explained the whole process, answered all of our questions. He was very patient when we decided to wait a day. When we called Cole and made the decision to install air conditioner, he explained what installers would do. He also helped us as to how we would finance this. Thanks to Ervin we were able to finance through Cole at a lower rate then we could get at our bank. Ervin walked us through the whole process. We appreciate his willingness to listen to us and our needs. A shout out to Ervin....THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!

I called Cole's with an emergency, plugged drain, talked to Bernard, explained the situation. He was very helpful and gave me a good explanation of the service I was to get including estimated cost. He also understood that I needed the service ASAP, Bernard had a service tech out within 2 hours. The service tech's name is Grant, he was very courteous and clean, got right down to business, assessed the problem fixed it, presented me with the bill with the aforementioned costs. Very happy about Cole's service, this not the first time we have used Cole's. It seems that when you need a plumber, "unless its a planned install" it's an emergency, the three times we have called it's been the emergency type call and within a few hours they handled the problem with out fail and one of the calls was on a weekend. The service has always been exemplary, everyone we have talked to from the first call to the service tech's, their all very professional in handling our problem no matter what it might be, we have only called about plumbing problems, but they do heating and air conditioning as well. If we have a problem in the future in any of these area's we're calling Cole's and we highly recommend that you do too. Note: I have in the past gone to Home Depot and rented an electric snake to unclog drains, no more, Cole's was a better idea, the cost was reasonable, almost the same as me renting from Home Depot and they know what they're doing, and I don't get dirty and sweaty.

Wonderful service from Cole Services over the weekend. The men who did the initial diagnostic review to determine the need for a new heating/cooling system were professional and very knowledgeable. Their explanation of the problem and the fix, a new system, was thorough and any questions I had were answered. The supervisor, Troy, and the installation team, Bryan and Jonathan, were polite and knowledgeable. The installation took all day Saturday with no additional fee for weekend service. They explained all the features of my new system and did a thorough cleanup before they left. I will certainly recommend Cole Services.
My toilet was plugged, three previous attempts to clear it with a snake had failed. Shane Frans from Cole Services came within ah hour of being called, and after hard work and much skill, managed to get a snake all the way to the blockage and cleared it. Not only did Kai complete the service well, she was gracious enough to show me step by step the things she was doing (move over, dad!) so I could have a better understanding. Great!!!! A rep Michael R showed up at my door on time, after a short conversation he went straight & clawled into my atttic & the rooftop, then he compared the model & serial s with the s on my application, he immediately discovered there's some discrepancies of the s between the s he has photographed of the air conditioner units in attic & rooftop & my application, while he logged online search for the unit, then called his office to verify the s of my installed units, turned out I had entered a different s on my application, based on my limited knowledge & understanding of the technology namesake, at the end he made a request to his office to send out a certification to me. The whole process is a time consuming & details searching task, I appreciated his patience in walking me thru the whole process with great poise, I would not have achieved it on my own without his help. Michael is great. .

A rep came out on time, named Micheal R., immediately he climbed up the attic where the air conditioner unit is & searched for the needed info for application, that's when he discovered there were some discrepancies with the model & serial # on my application compares with the # he found in the attic. He then called his office to ask for the clarification & requested to have them to send me a revised certification. The whole process is a task of time consuming plus a great deal of complicated details involved. Mr. Michael R. demonstrated his knowledge of his work & took his time to walk me thru & explain the different # to me, he was a poised, calm & patient. I appreciated his time & assistance to help me solving the issue.
Josh was extremely professional and even called the manufacturer of my no touch toilet to make sure all was installed correctly. I will always use Cole and Josh for our plumbing needs.

My husband and I have been Cole customers since they installed our AC/heating unit and tankless water heater over 5 years ago. The original installation process took longer than estimated but we have been pleased with our AC unit. The water heater is another story, but it might have more to do with the piping in our house. They call us twice a year to set up a maintenance appointment- once in the summer for the AC and once in the winter for the heater. For us, these reminder calls are very helpful and convenient since it relieves us of the burden of having to remember. All the field technicians who have serviced us in the past were friendly, polite and did their job well. But we felt that our technician today, Shane, was exceptional. He was efficient, talked us through everything he was doing, gave my husband some tips and was all around very personable. With two young kids and not very much time to clean, I'm very sensitive about strangers coming into our house and judging us. Shane totally made us feel at ease and we would definitely welcome him back into our home. I hope we get him again next time!

Brandon and Jouquin were so proessional. They fixed a major problem with a fiberglass insulation panel blocking my vent. And they made sure everything on my AC/furnace unit was working as advertised. Was quoted $1,800+ to use the water jet to clear roots. Second plumbers opinion was that the water jet was completely unnecessary and over quoted. He mentioned that the jet wasnt for roots but rather for grease, hair, toilet paper, etc. Rented a snake from Home Depot and did it myself for $72.

1. Great !! I called Cole Services at 8 a m desperate to have a hot shower, Shane from Cole services came out by 9 a m that morning! Fixed pilot light, the instructions tell you how to do it but I would never have known that it's best to do it slowly if Shane had not show me. He looked at my gas range, did a free water test and the very best thing of all he REBOOTED my air conditioner, I only called about the water heater. 2. Robert came out, put on booties !! Assesed the problem with the tub/shower faucet. Determined a new cartridge is requiredhe temporarily fixed the problem, he suggested I source a new cartridge as it would save me $, and gave me a few options on cost. I signed up for their discount plan and will already be saving 15% when they replace the faucet cartridge. Cole Services is my go to vendor, even though they are quite far away, they have proven to be the best in service, response time, efficient, proffesional, friendly, positive, competitive pricing and discount plans. I have tried a few local vendors that charge $97.00 for a service call !! Cole Services only charge $49.00 and their dispatch is very good and friendly. Try Cole Services, I d like to pay it forward for their ability to give me piece of mind should anything break down or need servicing.

Our service call was for annual maintenance on our household water carbon/filtration system. Service was scheduled from 10-noon but Josh, the Field Service Rep. called and actually arrived about a half-hour earlier. The service was completed satisfactorily and very professional. Customer Service Rep (Ashley) was able to accommodate an appointment in a relatively short time period. Overall happy with this service.

Brandon was on time, friendly, and explained everything he did before doing it. He drew a diagram showing me the duct system and why I needed more ducts in order to have a more efficient system. He also did an excellent job of explaining the system and his troubleshooting was excellent. He was even able to give me a break on the services. He was also very neat and clean. You wouldn't even know he had been here. He is personally coming back to check on things and get the permitting process completed.

Efrain and Esequiel came to me house to fix a very difficult tub drain stoppage. They tried a simple way but it did not work. Then then thought up more ways to do the job. They never gave up until they figured out the correct way to fix things. They removed my toilet, which gave them room to get to the problem area. After that, it was easy and this drain which had been blocked for weeks was fully cleared. Their favorite words are "We live to fix things!." These guys never give up until a problem is solved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!!

I have been stranded too many times by other plumbing companies who say they will arrive at a particular time and do not. This company and its representative Josh were the most forthright and honest plumbing company I have dealt with in a long time. Every task had an estimate--written out with details about its completion. There was no up sell whatsoever. Josh was the honest individual. Luis Campos performed our air conditioning and heater maintenance service. He was able to come 30 minutes earlier than expected and called to let us know when he was on his way. Originally, the two services were scheduled a week apart but he was able to complete them in a timely manner at the one appointment. Most service people are not nearly as well groomed and polite as Luis was. He also spent time explaining how to remove and clean our heater filter. He is definitely an asset to the company and a pleasure to have work on my HVAC equipment.

I had Cole Services replace our furnace several years ago. I picked them at random from the businesses I found online, but I was pleased with their responsiveness, their professionalism, and their efficiency in dealing with replacing what they called the oldest furnace they had ever seen. I thought that was the end, but they have been very good about calling back to schedule maintenance on the schedule they suggested when the equipment was installed (I would totally forget) and I have been pleased with all my experiences so far. I originally called to have our furnace serviced and ended up having them look into our plumbing issue as well. We bought our house in January and within 6 days of moving in we experienced a backup in our plumbing. We had a plumber from another company come out to snake the line and run a camera through the pipes. That plumber told us that we had broken pipes from roots and a "shifting foundation" and that the repairs would require tearing up our hardwood floors and cost us $5,000-$22,000. Jorge and Caleb from Cole Services ran a camera through our pipes and provided us with video evidence that proved there is nothing wrong with the plumbing in our house. THANK GOD FOR COLE SERVICES!!!!

Jorge came right on time, routed out our 60+ year old pipes for free flowing sinks and gave us some tips on keeping those vintage pipes flowing more smoothly. We will probably have to do the routing twice a year due to the age of the copper, will certainly use Cole's again and will MOST certainly tell our friends about your great people and service. A year has passed and Andy returned to my home to perform the annual check up and flush of the hot water heater he had previously installed. He asked if there were any plumbing issues that I may have questions about and we performed a quick inspection of the emergency shut off valves under the sinks and found some were quite old and corroded. To avoid any future problems I had Andy replace them and as usual he lived up to his plumbing reputation. Trying to remove one particular valve proved to be quite brutal and really tried his patience, but Andy persevered and won! The knowledge he has in performing his work is impressive and you can confidence that he will do the best job possible

Early talking with David and Steve determined that I had a serious under -the- house pipe problem; basically, the 53 year pipes were rotting away and had to be replaced. Viewing the problem with their underground camera and their professional assessment and cost analysis gave me trust that they could do the job. But, it wasn't until their workers, Hector and Rudy , came to do the work did I begin to really appreciated them; hard work, honesty, professionalism and know-how. Each day they would clean up as if they were working in their own home. I sincerely appreciated these two men and thank them for making a very ugly job just an annoyance. My first experience with Cole Services was with Chad who came over to my house about installing a Honeywell DR90 Dehumidifier. He is the utmost in professionalism, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a bid shortly thereafter. I accepted, and promptly got on the schedule the following week at my request. Lorenzo and Jose showed up right on time and took great care to explain the plan, again answering all of my questions and performing an excellent install. This is the third replacement of the same faulty part. I have a $22,000 HVAC system that was installed June, 2013. I'm sure the neighbors think that Cole employees must live here as the trucks are here more than I like. Very nice people from the phone person to the service tech"s. I just wish they would sell/service better brands of equipment.
The hydronic heating system in my small condo died. I called Cole Services at random and they sent someone out to investigate my problem. He inspected the system, identified the problem, and gave me 6 degrees of repairs to choose. When I finally decided to replace the system they sent someone out to do the work. Everyone I dealt with was professional and positive. They came out when they said they would and completed the work quickly. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

Cole Services came out during the major heat wave, checked out the system, helped me attain financing through the HERO program, and scheduled installation of an entirely new heating/air conditioning unit within 2 days. They made a special trip to my residence to bring a portable air conditioning unit for use until the install was complete. Overall I was very pleased with both the product and customer service. My home went from a miserable 100 degrees to a comfy 75 degrees.

Today, when Lorenzo came to our door to fix our air/heat system I felt relieved. Lorenzo came to our home exactly one year ago to diagnose and fix our system installed only two years prior. While the cost of repair was outrageous, because our system was new and installed by Cole, Lorenzo went to work and brought the system up to par. This time he did the very same and replaced the TXV valve and whatever else he thought needed attention. God forbid I need further repair, I will specifically request Lorenzo to come back.

Lorenzo was terrific! He kept me informed of what was going on. He worked hard to get my problem resolved. I appreciate him following up on my part and letting me know when it would be resolved. One thing I did notice with calling the office is the morning or mid day service seemed more knowledgeable and attentive. When I called in the evening it seemed like they were unsure on what was going on or they'd say someone would call me back in the morning.

Luis R did good work. He explained to my satisfaction the details of the work to be performed. He listed types of maintenance I could receive for my unit in accordance with my financial limits.I'm not happy with the problems that have arisen, but, I feel like they can be resolved. My goal is to have my unit operating at peak performance without breaking my pocket. My one complaint : Cole Services screwed me when they installed the unit. They didn't put in all the appurtenances necessary for peak operation. Now, it's going to cost me more than I can pay. Again, Luis R. provided great service.

Michael Carver performed outstanding plumbing work at my home in Anaheim Hills. First, he located a difficult-to-find supply-line leak in an underground pipe beneath a concrete slab deck in my backyard. After finding the leak, Michael expertly repaired the pipe and then repaired the concrete slab deck that had to be cut to access the underground pipe. The job was completed in a timely manner, expertly done, and the jobsite cleaned to my satisfaction. Wanted to give a big thank you to Andy Abbott who was really helpful in getting my drain opened. I wasn't happy that it wasn't snaked far enough back the first time (not Andy's fault) and that it was New Year's Eve and no hydro jet was available but Andy did what he could to temporarily clear the line and reassured me that I would be first in line on Thursday, which I was. Not to mention the company did credit me for the service call two days prior since I was applying it to the hydro jet so I was grateful for that otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. I just feel that when you pay someone to do a job it should done right the first time but that's another story. Andy was professional, kind and did a really great job of hydro jetting the line to clear it and he left my place clean, no messes for me to clean up. He made me feel comfortable by explaining what he was going to do and what the expected outcome would be prior to doing it. He gave me really great service. Showing us specifically what was wrong, taking the camera through the pipes and showing us that our pipes were pretty much non-existent and sat us down to explain all our options and walked us through each option so we could choose which was best for us.The following 2 days, we had Luis and Gerardo come in for the major stuff, pulling up the old pipes and laying down the new ones. They were very efficient and informative, they were really good with calling us over to show us what exactly was the problem and showing us what they were doing to better ease our minds. I got a thorough explanation of the existing problem and after answering several questions I had, I received six alternatives to resolve the problem. Efrain and his coworker Ricardo were pleasant, hard-working, and thorough as they constructed then pulled our new sewer pipe into place. They were easy to deal with, happy to answer questions, and quite efficient doing the job. I would have them back in a minute!
Homero did a very good job. He cleaned up very well. I asked him to show me how to remove the filter from my furnace. He told me I had mice in the closet. Yuk! The only thing I didn't like was the estimate to replace the device to turn off water to the house. Around $600.

We had an enormous project that needed immediate attention. Cole Services came to the house an hour after we called them on a Sunday. They stayed on top of everything for over a week, calling every day to let us know exactly when the technicians would arrive. Scott was wonderful with all the planning. The plumbers and technicians couldn't have been more professional in all their work. After 40 years in this house we are finally blessed to have found the ultimate plumbing service! No need to ever call anyone else.
Lorenzo and Jose installed a new Lennox AC and Heater unit. They handled the job professionally. We ran into a couple of issues due to the site limitations and they handled the situation very well .. quickly running over to Home Depot to get what they needed to handle the site limitation issue. Our condo neighbor who is handy with AC and Heaters (he used to install these with his dad many years ago) popped in frequently to check on the work, and asked questions of the technicians on the work they were doing. At the end of the job, he came to me and said "You should be happy with the work they performed, I did not see them cut any corners. I will be calling them as well to get some work done at my unit". Work was performed well,. cleaned up and completed in a timely manner as promised
My service consultant was Luis Rivera. His knowledge of my a/c and heating unit was far superior to any previous consultant. Cole services my unit as well as my two sisters units. Because Luis's extensive knowledge with this system; I will only request Luis to service my families a/c and heating units. If Luis had been my consultant previously, my unit would been in much better shape today. Luis's recommendations will avoid any future major cost associated with my unit. Luis went over and above with my service call and even installed a lint catcher over my dryer vent; which had nothing to do with the current service he was providing. However, if this lint catcher had been installed previously. I may have avoided this major cost in the first place. I now know, to keep the entire area around my unit/blower as clean as possible, because when the blower goes on; it sucks up everything around it and will then cause major damage to the unit. My unit was installed in 2005. Since this time, I have had Cole Services come out and maintain my unit every year to avoid any major cost. Since Luis Rivera I believe any future maintence will be nominal.
Great service! Luis was a true professional. He analyzed the problem, explained it to us and then gave us 4 options to choose from that best fit our need. Never any pressure to select a certain plan but was always reassuring about the professional nature of Cole Services. We felt very confident that Luis would do a great job and we feel he did! Gonzalo, Evaristo, and Rosalio provided excellent service when installing our new heater. The three team members, were punctual, left our home clean and in order, and worked until the job was done. All our questions were answered and they provided the information we needed to make all decisions. Before leaving they made sure we knew how to run the system. They were really good!!!
Excellent service! Luis was the technician that came to take care of our problem. He was very professional in his handling of our problem. He told us exactly what he would do to analyze what was wrong and once he had performed that task he laid it out to us as to what his findings were and presented us with 4 different plans to choose. He explained each plan thoroughly and once we made our selection (with absolutely no pressure) he proceeded to do his job. Once completed he showed us how to work the system and presented our paperwork so we could pay the bill and that was it. A very pleasant experience. Cole Services installed a 75 gallon hot water heater in early May. We had an escrow home inspection a few days ago and they sited some changes that were needed to the new installation. Cole Services made the corrections at no cost to us. The two installer Efrain and Ricardo were outstanding. They work very well together and understand the changes that needed to be make. Approximately two hours after their arrival they completed the upgrades which satisfied the "crazy" code issues. You would never know that they were here and to cap it all off they painted the wall behind the water heater to make it look right. I am obviously a big fan of the way the company managed the problem and I'm even a bigger fan of Efrain and Ricardo.....well done guys!

Lorenzo was a great team leader for the installation of our A/C-Heater and new green ductwork installation Oct. 2013 in Riverside, CA. He explained what was going to be done and showed us everything afterward and how to use equipment. Over the course of two days he kept everyone moving along to the job's completion. signed--a very satisfied customer.
Long story short, I had a VERY clogged tub. I called Cole services and scheduled an appointment with Melissa. She was very accommodating to my work schedule, she expalined that they could come out after work to fix the clog. I was impressed with her level of professionalism, and empathy. After booking with her I knew I made the right choice. I love that they called 30 minutes before they arrive i was able to arrive at my home just as Jessie pulled up. He brought up a machine and got to work. He even went outside the building to look at the pipes. 45min later the job was done. He said there was definitely something unusual as to how clogged it was, but that it was probably the old pipes. He was glad he was able to fix it without having to do outside repair. He even made sure my tub was clean of all the debris after he was done. I was Impressed with the Customer service rep Melissa, I was pleased as punch with my plumber Jessie He is the type of guy that will look for the least expensive way to fix your problem, but at the same time giving you the right options for your needs. Humble, extremely professional and knowledgable about his craft, and straight to the problem. We like Cole. They replaced our heating system two winters ago, and just replaced our AC unit this summer. Both times we had Lorenzo heading up the installation team. He was professional and friendly, so it was easy to have the guys in our house for many long hours. They showed respect for our house, by covering the floors, hanging plastic anywhere they needed to, taking it all away at night and rehanging it all the next day. We know they paid attention to the details of installation, and never cut any corners. They were genuinely polite and friendly. Now that our entire system has been replaced, I don't expect to see them any time soon, but I'm happy to give a high recommendation for the sales, repair and installation crews at Cole. They've all been great, but especially Lorenzo, who spent the most hours with us.

Sept 3rd 2013 4:30 pm when I called the very nice young lady said they were to show up between 4:00 and 8:00 was very happy that they got her at 4:30! My fiance and I had trouble with our mainline and nasty water was coming up out of the shower and toilet. Cole Services were very friendly and helpful on the phone and even called two different times earlier than our appointment to let us know they could come out earlier if needed (not going to lie I declined because I was playing plumber and trying to fix the problem myself needless to say I was unsuccessful). Allen and Gary came to the rescue! They were both very professional and friendly. Gary was in training but I wouldn t have know it if they didn t tell me as he was very professional and knowledgeable. Allen was extremely helpful and provided superior customer service. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then provided a list of many different options to get our plumbing back in order that day. As soon as we picked an option they got right to work. Not only did they fix our problem while going above and beyond what they had to do they were very happy to do it. We live in a mobile home community and have plumbing under the house that is owned by the mobile home park as we rent the space. There are a ton of problems with the very old and falling apart plumbing and they let us know about it so we could contact the park to fix it. They also said they would have been more than happy to fix it but they were not able to since we don t own it plus it s the parks responsibility anyway. I am going to recommend Cole services Allen and Garry to the park when I file my claim with them. I will also recommend Cole services Allen and Garry to any friends and family that will ever need the services they provide. When they were finished the plumbing worked like new again! Not only did they fix it but they gave a new meaning to customer service. When they left it was more like saying see you later to friends that were leaving. THANK YOU COLE SERVICES! THANK YOU ALLEN! Luis R. showed us all our problems and previous work not done correctly. He explained everything in detail and took pictures of ductwork in our attic space to show us the problems and previous shoddy installation. He advised us to replace our worn out unit with a new energy efficient one along with new ducting. He was very knowledgeable and thorough.
I have called Cole Services twice this year. Both occasions were because I had an issue with my main line backing up. When i called Cole Services they were able to get someone out to me right away. On both occasions I was lucky enough to get the same technician (Mark) to come out. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He was able to find and clear out the problem (roots) in no time. I am definitely glad i called Cole Services. I recommend calling them for any plumbing issue and if you re lucky enough you may get Mark as your service tech.

Loranzo was assigned to in stall a drain pan on a A/C system installed by COLE approx 1 year ago. He was responding to a call placed by me after a yearly inspection provided by Cole. Mike, with his assistant Mo, quickly determined the problem causing my furnace to not operate. It was the thermostat and they had one that fitted my needs available which they installed. Mike also did a pre-cooling season service of my A/C and found and electrical de-grade whcih he repaired.

Although had to reschedule first apt, company was great about phoning me and keeping on top of appointments. Kevin showed up on time (twice), he was professional and very accommodating. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with plumbing problems and what i could do to avoid in future. He was thorough and worked quickly to adress and fix problems occurring. Finally, when bill came, i didnt feel like i was gwtting screwed over with additional charges. It was fair and reasonable and he kept cost down, pretty much to what i was quoted over phone. Rick H. was absolutely great. I called Cole about a clogged main drain that I was unable to clear. Rick arrived in a very clean uniform, greeted us (and our dogs) in a very friendly manner, and snaked the drain. Not being satisified with the results, he snaked it again and managed to pull out somebody else's old drain snake. It had apparently been stuck in our drain for years. Definitely above and beyond my expectations. My wife was extremely happy. We will definitely ask for Rick if we have any more problems. Great job, Rick!

First time I have used Cole Services. After having to switch to a back-up vehicle, Kevin Rodgers arrived with a smile and "smelled good." Kevin was professional and very good at explaining what he was doing during the water heater flush. He found some problem areas and clearly explained what should be done. He was able to do some minor maintenance to avoid doing an immediate water heater change out.
Our technician's name was Mike V. and I would give him very high marks in every aspect of helpfulness, service and going out of the way to provide excellent service. Kevin R. was our Cole Services plumbing technician who installed a pressure regulator and replaced angle valves for each sink in the home, today. He was prompt and cordial. He clearly explained the work that was to be done and went right to work. The pressure regulator took the most time. He was very thorough in setting it and up making it work. He worked very quickly through the balance of the job. I would strongly recommend Kevin as an excellent technician and Cole Services for any plumbing needs.
